The Fray and Lost

In a commercial break for this Thursday's Grey's Anatomy (Nov. 20th), ABC will air part of the Fray's music video for their new single "You Found Me" along with a special sneak preview of Lost's fifth season.

Are those the same thing? Like, will the song be playing over new footage of Lost, or are the two things mutually exclusive? All the news reports I've read have been vague, as has the following video:

So...I guess we just have to watch it. Does this mean I have to sit through Grey's Anatomy?

Nah, I'll just catch it online later.
