The first episode of Season 5 is called...

"Because You Left".

You can read Jeff Jensen's full story over at EW.com, but you'll have to wade through three pages to get to the title announcement. I'm not a fan of burying the lead, -- way too impatient -- so I figured I'd give it to you right away.

Kind of sounds like a chapter in a romance novel, doesn't it? Alas, I fear it has much greater implications than that. Remember what Jack told Ben in the season finale?

"He told me that after I left the island, some very bad things happened. And he told me that it was my fault, for leaving. And he said that I had to come back." Heck, let's watch it again:

Beyond that, the title's phrasing is actually a big hint concerning the whens and wheres of the episode. Since it's called "Because You Left," that means it's likely the exact wording Locke used when talking to Jack. Which also means it's likely to be spoken in the episode itself. Which means -- official prediction time -- the first episode will be Locke-centric, will take place on the island, and will contain flash-forwards in which he visits each of the Oceanic Six as Bentham.

Or it could just be an ominous-sounding title.
