Spoiler: Jin's Fate

Don't read further if you don't want to know, but...

According to E!'s Kristen, "Jin is gonna be fine." Many of us surmised that that was the case, since he was standing on the edge of the freighter when it blew up, while the very dead Michael was standing next to the dynamite inside the hold. Harder to walk away from that. Plus, if Jin didn't survive, Michael's whole "you have a pregnant wife, get out of here" speech would've been pointless.

It also makes for some nice dramatic tension: Sun now thinks Jin is dead, blames Jack for not going back to the freighter (in retrospect, hard to fault her on that one), and possibly turns bad by helping out Widmore.

So where does that leave Jin? Well, stranded in the ocean. When the island disappeared, one assumes that the entire electromagnetic/wormhole area surrounding the island acted as the boundary - everything within it got "moved" along with the island. I'm assuming Faraday was inside the boundary - although that's hard to prove - but the freighter definitely wasn't, so unless they make up some B.S. about shockwaves or something, it only makes sense that Jin didn't get moved along with everything else.

Which means he could have a whole storyline to himself at the beginning of the next season - or just be totally MIA until he re-appears somewhere and tells his whole story via flashback, a la Michael.
