New Promo Pics from Next Wednesday's Episode Reveal...

...that we'll be following up with Desmond and Penny after their run-in with Ben.

I can't remember where, maybe on their podcast, but Lindelof and Cuse said recently that Desmond was indeed shot and would need medical attention.

While Penny and little Charlie are in the waiting room, they get an interesting visitor at the hospital...

Here's a quick theory I just came up with...

You know how last week teased that the next episode would probably be a Faraday episode? And you know how Faraday and Desmond are often intertwined ever since Desmond became Faraday's constant?

What if '70s-era Faraday pops up in Desmond's '07 present?

And where do Faraday and his mom stand, anyway? He's supposedly been working in Ann Arbor for the Dharma Initiative these past few years -- the exact same time his mom has been leading the Hostiles. (Leading? Maybe. And does she ever leave the island? When did she give birth to Faraday?)

So maybe that was a set of questions instead of a theory. As I write this, it's Tuesday; too bad we have to wait eight days to find all this out instead of one.
