Lost gets a WGA Nomination

Congrats to Carlton Cuse, Drew Goddard, Adam Horowitz, Christina M. Kim, Edward Kitsis, Damon L. Lindelof, Greggory Nations, Kyle Pennington, Elizabeth Sarnoff, and Brian K. Vaughan.

Of the other nominees, congrats especially to Friday Night Lights, which hasn't even aired its 13-episode season on network TV yet. (It was on DirectTV; NBC promises to air it in early 2009.)

Former Lost writers J.J. Abrams and Jeff Pinkner's Fringe got nominated for Best New Drama Series (along with In Treatment, True Blood, Breaking Bad, and Life on Mars).
