Join the Others

The website Worth1000.com is a site that runs photoshop contests. I was browsing a set today of Recruitment Posters. The contest rules stated:

The military has been using recruitment posters for years to encourage people to join them. To a lesser extent, you also see recruitment posters for the police and fire fighters. But what if some less "traditional" groups decided they needed to recruit members as well? In this contest, we want you to create a recruitment poster for an unusual, or even downright fictional, group.
