Greg Grunberg!

Thanks to Kristen over at E! Online, we know that Greg Grunberg - a.k.a. the pilot of Oceanic Flight 815 - was seen in Hawaii shooting for Lost. More flashbacks? Or was it just a flesh wound? (Yeah, and his carcass has been laying in the branches of that tree for four months just "recovering.")

Fans of Heroes know Grunberg as Matt Parkman; fans of J.J. Abrams know Grunberg from every show Abrams has ever done.

As a bonus spoiler, the E! column also hinted that the Orchid station - which we haven't seen yet but soon will - might be a major Season 5 set. Kristen speculates that it's a time machine.
