That E! list of 9 Lost lies and 1 truth that Nadine posted about is evil. I keep pouring over it to figure out which one could be a real spoiler. What follows is some not-to-be-trusted speculation on my part:
Probably Lies:
2. There's a whole underground city beneath the island, and that's where the whispers come from.
4. Walt is in the coffin.
5. Juliet and Charlotte share a kiss.
8. Kate is pregnant.
10. Juliet kills Claire.
Reasoning:
Underground city sounds like a theory from a prepubescent kid who's seen three episodes - and besides, if it was true, that would be positioned as a major endgame twist, not a fourth-season reveal. Kate has no animosity toward Walt; in fact, no one does, so why if he was in the coffin would no one show up to his funeral? (Possibly Kate wouldn't go because no one knows she knows Walt, but that would make her conversation with Jack annoyingly misleading.) I can't think of any conceivable reason why Juliet and Charlotte would kiss. Ditto for killing Claire; they seem to have really decided that Juliet is a good guy (and not in the Other sense of the phrase "good guy"). And what purpose would Kate being pregnant serve?
Possible Truths:
1. One of the Freighters dies at the hands of Jack.
3. In a flashforward, Walt reveals the secrets of the Oceanic Six over the Internet.
6. Desmond is not one of the Oceanic Six, but he is off the Island.
7. Jin, Sawyer and Locke are alive on the Island in the future.
9. All of the "meat socks" (background survivors we have not yet met) will die by gassing.
Reasoning:
Some of these would be cool twists I'd like to see happen. Walt revealing the secrets of the Oceanic Six over the Internet would be a neat twist, and allow for some interesting off-island developments for Season 5. The background survivors all dying would be a cool way to ratchet up the tension, and provide further reason why the Oceanic 6's story is 100% B.S. Desmond getting off the island is plausible enough, although I feel they'd want to wait as long as possible for a reunion with Penny. Jack is increasingly trigger-happy and could easily kill a Freighter folk if provoked (Charlotte?). And finally, Jin, Sawyer, and Locke all being alive in the too-vaguely-worded "future" is very possible...but at the same time seems like a waste of a "truth" since it's the current status quo; Jin is very possibly a goner, and the other two seem included only to freak us out that they might die. How dare you tug on our heartstrings, E!...
