Anticipating "Jughead"

I love Desmond. I just have to put that out there. And I'm pretty gosh darn excited about tonight's quasi-Desmond-centered episode. And apparently, my high expectations will be met.

Over at Zap2It, Korbi Ghosh posted her pre-screening experience of the episode in a room of critics and journalists:

When ABC gifted us TV journos with an advanced screening of Lost episode 5.3 a couple weeks back, I have to say, it was the highlight of January Press Tour. Why? Because this season's third installment -- which airs tonight -- puts episodes 1 and 2 to shame -- and that's saying a lot considering the complete absence of all Oceanic 6ers, you will not see Jack, Kate, Hurley, Sayid, Sun or Aaron this evening -- I mean, sure, I suppose it's possible that we were all just delirious from days and days of TCA activities. But I'm telling you, as the hour played out, there were quite a few laughs and stunned gasps coming from that ballroom full of jaded, overtired TV critics.

I hope you're excited too.

Oh, and Charlie fans, get out the Kleenex.

One last note: Charlie's name will be mentioned this evening and it might just make you cry. I fully teared up at the tender moment. But I'm a huge loser. So, I don't know, maybe you won't. But yeah, either way, the sentiment will be appreciated by longtime Lost fans. As I said, this hour is solid.

Less than two hours....
