Aaron and Xanadu

Watching LOST tonight and all episode I had a blog post in mind: Aaron is Kate's Baby! Good thing I didn't publish it until after watching!

So, yeah, I saw that one coming. Regardless, this was a good one. We found out a lot more about the story behind the rescue (ie, the lies). I've been expecting something along those lines also. I commented to my wife that I think either Kate steals Aaron to rescue him, or Clarie dies and Kate takes him. Either way, this has got to be part of the war Sayid talked about that is coming.

What I didn't see coming is the reference by Niles of Ben's wealth. So, yeah, why would Niles assume Ben has the means to find $3.2 million? Ben's questions were great ones!

But did you catch something a little sly and maybe a clue? Xanadu. Hurley popped that song on (or was it the movie video?) while in the houses -- where the others lived. Xanadu is often a cultural reference or metaphor for wealth. Could it be that the original Dharma housing that became Others housing and now "Team Island" lead by Locke housing...could it be a Xanadu -- a place of wealth that we are just learning about?

There's got to be more with this new twist about money and wealth. Too much of a coincidence that Miles is demanding wealth from Ben when Xanadu was played in Ben's house (welcoming Hurley and Sawyer to "Xanadu"). And speaking of that, how did Kate fall into that much "Xanadu" off the island?

Yeah, you're right. Forgot about that. But that still leaves the question about Ben's alleged money.
