2 Freighters?

Uh oh. Someone in charge of continuity on LOST messed up. Or there are 2 ships!

I was re-watching last week's episode and happened to notice that the map in the helicopter changed. But I only noticed because the Misfit told me.

The second boat seems to be further out to sea and has three sections.

This throws all my theories way off now! :-)
